17 Annual Stone Soup Festival – May 12, 2012

Britannia Community Centre invites you to the 17th annual Stone Soup Festival. This much loved community food celebration is a food institution in Grandview Woodlands bringing together farmers market, food vendors, artists, community tables and more in a celebration of the importance of food in our lives. In the spirit of the Stone Soup story where strangers become friends through preparing and eating food together, we build relations with one another. The Stone Soup Festival is all about celebration and belonging. We all become closer celebrating our common love for food, but at Stone Soup we celebrate not just our common enjoyment of food but also we are sharing a passion and interest to build a healthy, equitable, and environmentally sustainable food system.
